The process was simple. I just wish the replacement tips stayed in stock longer.
First refill i have ever brought, the instructions that came with the alcohol marker refill explained the whole process very simply and because of that i refilled my marker first try with no hassel involved <3

Refillable markers seems to be a good idea but it's unpleasant to fill the markers, and this black ink caused I couldn't see the volume printed on the bottle, so I filled my markers too much which caused a lot of stains and a lot of wasted ink...
This is unbelievably great. I will never have to worry about dry markers.

I am so relieved about these refilled inks. I bought this black ink because so I can come prepared with my ohuhu alcohol marker. My other alcohol markers kept drying out. So, I won’t have to go through this again.

refilling the marker is not as easy as all of your videos & other people's videos make it out to be. the marker tip got slightly messed up upon removal (both ends) as it is not easy to remove. every time I refill the marker ink leaks out of the other end of the marker. that happens whether I hold it tilted or straight up & down, either way I lose 3-4 drops of ink every single time. also after refilling the ink the marker tips are always dry so I have to add extra ink to the tips themselves which is inconvenient & causes the loss of more ink. I'm going to do some research and see if y'all still individual markers and see how much that will cost me because refilling the ink is just not as easy as everyone made it out to be. the problem with that is the shipping is so expensive. I paid more for shipping than I did the actual ink refill. so I don't know if it would even be worth it to buy an individual marker every time I run out of black ink (which is obviously a lot because the black marker gets used the most).
Love the ohuhu honolulus markers and their refills. Can’t wait until all colors are available as refills :)
Everything about the product and service was great. The only exception to that is the product, the black refill pen, was out of stock for several weeks when I first went to order it. Once I was able to order it when it was back in stock, everything moved swiftly and the refill works perfectly.

This worked well. Only issue I had was I put too much in the marker. Do not put the whole refill in at one time!! Black is hard to see in the refill, only use a small amount to the marker!
